Are you enthusiastic about Brand Education and eager to influence the beauty industry? As an Operations Support Specialist, you will leverage your knowledge to develop product and category insights across various platforms, including educational materials, videos, and digital content for Sephora's hair and fragrance divisions. We seek a dedicated professional who will cultivate strong partnerships with brands to create impactful training and educational resources for our Beauty Advisors (BAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with brands to devise educational strategies, visit schedules, digital libraries, and promotional products.
  • Assist brands in enhancing BA engagement through in-store training and new store openings, informed by feedback and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and refine content effectiveness within training initiatives in partnership with corporate and field teams.
  • Coordinate with support teams on the design, production, and delivery of training curricula.
  • Support brand operational programs to streamline processes benefiting both stores and brands.
  • Communicate educational objectives for Sephora-developed content while identifying areas for comprehensive training improvements.
  • Enhance Brand Partner Resources to maintain an organized repository of brand information and provide ongoing feedback to brand partners.
  • Serve as an on-camera representative in Sephora-produced videos and lead teams or contractors in content creation while supporting operational content development.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, education, or brand management with a focus on optimization and change management.
  • Proficient in connecting product and category knowledge within a retail environment and skilled in identifying content needs for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing integrity and accuracy.
  • Technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and project management tools (Smartsheet, Box, etc.).

You are proactive in building positive relationships and staying updated on industry trends and training methodologies in retail, beauty, and social platforms.
Travel may be required.
