We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at PHSA. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of financial strategies and plans that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on financial analysis and modeling techniques.
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA or CMA) or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of recent senior experience in a large complex multi-site organization, preferably in a financial planning and analysis role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
