**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at PHSA. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting various internal departments throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, assess, and interpret fiscal performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, or CMA) or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of recent senior experience in a large, complex organization.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
