Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at PHSA. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting various internal departments throughout the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, assess, and interpret fiscal performance data, providing strategic recommendations to executive team members.
Key Responsibilities
Operate at a strategic level, monitoring and assessing fiscal performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business strategy and planning.
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Requirements
A professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, or CMA) or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of recent senior experience in a large, complex organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in financial software and systems.
