Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst at PHSA, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's financial decision-making processes. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing and interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic planning and budgeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, or CMA) or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a large, complex organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach
