Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst at PHSA, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's financial decision-making processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management on financial strategy and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and dashboarding solutions to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business units and departments on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, or CMA) or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of recent senior experience in a large, complex organization, preferably in a financial planning and analysis role.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer and financial application skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
