Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of employees and ensuring that our restaurant meets high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management
    • Manage staff to maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
    • Monitor and control labor costs and food and waste costs
  • Customer Service
    • Lead staff to achieve service times and work as a part of the team
    • Coach staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand
  • Operations
    • Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
    • Hire, retain, and terminate employees
    • Assist with inventory management

Requirements

  • Some restaurant management experience - one year or more
  • Quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • College or University Education preferred
  • Food handling certificate
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
  • A leader and a team player
  • Basic English language skills
