As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory. You will also be expected to demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our cooking staff, create new recipes, and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food. Additionally, you will prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
