Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will play a critical role in implementing the HR policy on major areas of the function, including recruitment and school relations, training, administrative management of personnel/Payroll, HR Development, and labor law. This includes:

  1. Recruitment and School Relations:
    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage relationships with schools and educational institutions, and coordinate events to promote the organization's brand.
  2. Training:
    Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and monitor assessments to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  3. Administrative Management of Personnel/Payroll:
    Monitor hiring, promotions, and departures, participate in specific study tasks, and help set up compensation and benefits systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. HR Development:
    Develop and implement diversity, integration, mobility, career management, and HR projects to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  5. Labor Law:
    Ensure that all operations meet workplace regulations and compliance standards, including documentation of employee handbooks and the organization's code of conduct.

Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in a related field are typically required for this role.

Day in the Life:
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to partner with division leaders to achieve short, medium, and long-term business objectives. You will work closely with talent partners to evaluate workforce needs and create competency-based interviews that will attract top candidates. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individual development plans to guide employees through their personal growth journeys, helping them reach new heights of success. Additionally, you will be the mastermind behind a captivating onboarding program that will make every new hire feel like they're stepping into an exciting adventure. You will also get to coach employees on imperative health, safety, and compliance practices, ensuring that everyone stays safe and has fun doing it. Furthermore, you will be the superhero of employee relations, conducting investigations and running performance plans to maintain a harmonious and vibrant work environment.
