Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Virbac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Southwestern Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory results and drive business growth.
  • Promote our innovative product portfolio to a sophisticated audience and demonstrate strong technical knowledge of our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including veterinary clinics, distributors, and other key partners.
  • Utilize data and customer insights to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional-level experience with proven success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in a selling or marketing role (combination of both ideal).
  • Animal Health Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in learning new computer applications and experience with GSuite or MS Office.
  • Must live within the territory and be willing to make appointments throughout the entire territory.
  • Work hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
