About the Role

Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving business growth and sales performance in their assigned territory. This individual will work closely with veterinary customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Utilize business acumen to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or RVT preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of professional-level experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in learning new computer applications and experience with GSuite or MS Office
