Key Responsibilities- HR Policy Development
- Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including interpretation of policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits, including health and dental plans, life insurance, and pension plans.
- Research and recommend changes to benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
