Key Responsibilities
  • HR Policy Development
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including interpretation of policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Benefits Administration

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
