Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement environmental programs and initiatives that align with BC Hydro's sustainability goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including departments and teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to advance environmental sustainability and reduce our environmental impact
- Provide administrative support for environmental programs and initiatives, including budgeting, reporting, and data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in environmental sustainability and apply this knowledge to inform program development and implementation
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in a relevant field, such as business administration, environmental science, or sustainability
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a program management or coordination role
- Strong knowledge of environmental sustainability principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel occasionally
