We're seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team based in Burnaby, BC. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in project management, environmental consulting, and team leadership.

Your Role:
  • Manage a variety of environmental investigation projects, including Phase I and II ESAs, detailed site investigations, and remediation;
  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinating fieldwork and ensuring timely completion;
  • Oversee project budgets, expenses, and report preparation for due diligence investigations and submissions;
  • Demonstrate skills in proposal preparation, business development, and client relationship management;
  • Supervise junior and intermediate professionals and contribute to team growth and development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, preferably in BC;
  • A university degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Geoscience;
  • Professional status or designation (e.g., P.Eng., R.P.Bio.) is preferred;
  • Strong project management skills, with experience on small, medium, and large projects;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on business development and client relationships.

We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000 to $138,000, depending on experience, certifications, and location. The actual compensation package will be determined based on individual factors.
