Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Loblaws City Market Park Royal. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are always up to date.
- Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered to the highest standard.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that staff are able to meet their responsibilities.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Loblaws City Market Park Royal, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding role.
