Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our restaurant is fully staffed during peak periods.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: We are looking for someone with at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: This is a permanent position, and we are willing to relocate the successful candidate.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we require the successful candidate to be fluent in English.
- Hours: The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week.
