Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that our customers receive a positive experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Team Management
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
Requirements
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
