Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Our restaurant operates 35 to 40 hours per week, and we offer a permanent work term with English as the primary work language.
