Job Summary

The In-store Customer Experience Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable brand experience for our customers at UNIQLO. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador by positively representing the UNIQLO brand, aligned with the company's mission and vision.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction according to the UNIQLO service standard.
  • Sales and Profit Maximization: Utilize company tools to successfully build brand recognition and maximize sales and profits.
  • Store and Ecommerce Integration: Advocate the integration of stores and eCommerce, evolving the purchasing experience for customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Get excited by developing & sharing insight on new products/services and providing customer feedback through internal communication channels.
  • Teamwork: Work as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store and supports special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Post secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a smile.
  • Problem Solving and Detail Orientation: Ability to have problem solving skills and detail oriented.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
