Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of diverse members to deliver exceptional guest service, quality, and cleanliness. You will work closely with the Owner to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shift Management
    • Ensure your team has all the tools they need to succeed
    • Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
    • Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of quick service supervisory/management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
