Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the clinic's day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in our strategic growth and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical staff and patient services
  • Drive growth through business development activities
  • Ensure effective and efficient implementation and development of clinic and corporate standard operating procedures
  • Responsible for clinic financial and clinical performance metrics
  • Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic
  • Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic
  • Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a strong asset
  • Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care
