Support Staff for Child Development

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Assistant at Sunrise Montessori School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of our young students.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in Educational Programs: Collaborate with our experienced educators to design and implement engaging programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Supply Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment to ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Engage Children in Activities: Plan and lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and a love for learning, including storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
- Support Daily Routines: Assist children in developing good habits, including eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Prepare Meals and Snacks: Prepare healthy snacks and meals for our students, and ensure the classroom is prepared for lunch and rest periods.
- Staff Meetings and Communication: Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss progress, share ideas, and address any challenges or concerns.
- Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional care and education to our students.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
