As a Sales Associate, you will undergo practical training and acquire essential experience in customer sales, playing a vital role in the company's achievements.

Main Responsibilities
- Assess customer requirements utilizing CRM and persuasive strategies

- Assist branch operations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Leverage United Rentals' IT systems for sales and bookings
- Negotiate pricing and foster customer engagement
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to deliver solutions to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Preferred 1 year of sales experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and openness to relocation
