About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate, Inside Sales to join our team. As an Associate, Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing team to drive sales, cultivate new business, and manage existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales and Marketing team: Promptly follow up on meetings, events, and webcasts to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building.
  • Initiate contact with clients: Establish and expand existing relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Maintain client information: Organize and update relevant information about our clients, policies, procedures, and rules for client dissemination.
  • Schedule sales meetings: Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and presentations with Advisors to promote our services.
  • Develop sales strategies: Create and implement strategies to achieve weekly sales activity objectives and drive business growth.
  • Foster partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Advisors to drive sales and revenue.
  • Record daily activities: Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to record daily activities and track sales performance.
  • Prepare marketing materials: Develop and update all marketing materials to effectively promote our services.
  • Provide sales support: Offer sales strategies, concepts, marketing ideas, and support to the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Develop business pipeline: Assist the Sales and Marketing team in developing a business pipeline through various sources.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to identify opportunities for business growth and advancement.
  • Develop industry knowledge: Develop an excellent understanding of our services and industry.
  • Assist with client inquiries: Provide support with client inquiries, investment sales, and other assigned duties.
  • Participate in special projects: Participate in special projects as required to drive business growth and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a similar sales role.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry knowledge: Completion of or working towards the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or the Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) Course is a plus.
  • Client service skills: Strong client service skills with the ability to confidently handle client interactions.
  • Performance standards: High-performance standards and a commitment to achieving results.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dynamic environment: Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Salesforce knowledge: Knowledge of Salesforce.
