Security Passcard Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Passcard Supervisor to join our team at the Bay Adelaide Centre. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement security plans and protocols to mitigate potential security risks.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Minimum 3 years of security experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Valid WSIB-approved First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security.
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
