Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of security personnel to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized security solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and take charge of investigations and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in security management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the security industry or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in security.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Valid STANDARD First Aid and CPR Level – C from a WSIB-approved provider.
  • Proof of Covid-19 Double Vaccination (2 Doses Minimum).
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • SMART SERVE Certification.
