Job Summary:

As a Security Passcard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our facility, ensuring that all security protocols are followed, and providing leadership to our security team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Operations: Oversee the security operations at our facility, ensuring that all security protocols are followed and that the security team is performing their duties effectively.
- Leadership: Provide leadership to our security team, coaching and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking charge of the situation and ensuring that the security team is deployed effectively.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for the security team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the security team, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that security protocols are followed and that any security incidents are reported and addressed promptly.
Requirements:
- Security Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in security, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role.
- Education: A Certificate in Law and Security or Police Foundation is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Certifications: A valid Ontario Security Guard License and a valid WSIB-approved First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
