Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking charge of the situation and ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure environment.
  • Monitor and maintain security equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to handle a range of security situations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the security industry.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in security.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
  • Proof of Covid-19 Double Vaccination (2 Doses Minimum).
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check.
Certification Requirements
  • 2 years of security supervisor experience.
  • 3 years of security experience.
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C.
  • Valid Ontario Security License.
