At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facilities, ensuring the safety and security of our staff, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of security personnel to ensure effective security operations
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective security operations
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security protocols and procedures
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, including alarms, suspicious activity, and emergency situations
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents, including incident reports and security logs
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the safety of staff and visitors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the security industry
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in security
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
  • Proof of Covid-19 double vaccination
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
