As a Sales Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that serves a diverse customer base, including millworkers, furniture & kitchen manufacturers, retailers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow sales and revenue.
  • Implement sales and marketing programs in your assigned territory, driving business growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales and margin targets, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting, project tracking, and budgeting.
  • Utilize our CRM software to maintain accurate customer records, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate; a university business degree is preferred.
  • Related sales and/or industry experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows is required.
