The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team, responsible for developing relationships with small businesses and driving growth through the sale of our mobile service management software.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing small businesses in the mobile services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with small businesses, understanding their needs and challenges
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our software to drive growth and success
- Provide consultative sales support, helping customers to understand the value and benefits of our software
- Work closely with our Sales Development Representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Track and analyze key sales metrics, using data to inform sales strategies and drive results
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of success in a similar role
- Deep understanding of the mobile services industry and the challenges facing small businesses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and driving growth
