Surety Account Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surety Account Executive to join our Construction & Infrastructure team at Aon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing executive-level client contact, and analyzing contract and bond language to provide advice on impact to clients' bonding facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage in pursuit of new business opportunities
- Provide executive-level client contact, including servicing existing clients' facilities, identifying surety issues, and providing advice and options for resolution
- Analyze contract and bond language to provide advice on impact to clients' bonding facilities
- Collaborate with Associate Account Executives to ensure accurate and timely bond execution and delivery
- Collaborate with fellow colleagues in Edmonton and Calgary branches to deliver the best of Aon to clients and prospects in need of construction advisory services and solutions
- Participate in industry-sponsored events and maximize opportunities to become involved with various industry committees
