We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator - Governance Coordination to provide support for the Cerner Millennium Electronic Health Record project at S I Systems. This is a part-time hybrid onsite role that requires strong facilitation skills, knowledge of clinical information systems, and experience with electronic health records.
Key Responsibilities- Committee Support:
- Review Terms of Reference and assist with the identification of committee members.
- Coordinate with the Administrative Assistant to maintain the membership spreadsheet.
- Assist with preparing emails to potential members and determining the committee meeting schedule.
- Identify the meeting schedule for agenda preparation and initiate new committees as needed.
- Assist with preparing draft agendas and coordinate the collection of agenda item presentations.
- Review draft agendas with co-chairs and provide advice on procedural matters.
- Assist with the orientation of co-chairs and committee members.
- Committee Decisions:
- Review committee decision logs for accuracy and update the decision log with outcomes.
- Coordinate the collection of supporting documentation for current decision items.
- Coordinate the flow of decisions across committees and monitor decision-making pathways.
- Working Groups:
- Coordinate with co-chairs to determine the need for a working group and assist with the identification of a working group lead.
- Assist with the facilitation of more challenging agenda items at the working group.
- Knowledge of clinical information systems, with a preference for Cerner.
- Experience with 2+ Canadian Electronic Health Record projects.
- Strong facilitation skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
This role will work closely with the SaferCare management team and other key project roles to support the project governance process. The proponent will provide these services remotely and in person, as required and on an as-needed basis.
Scope of Work- Management of decision logs.
- Decision documentation creation and updates.
- Governance orientation to chairs, project team members, and staff on governance processes and materials.
- Committee and working group initiation.
- Terms of Reference creation if required.
- Committee and working group support.
