Job Title: Senior Governance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Governance Coordinator to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing governance coordination support for our SaferCare project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate committee meetings and working groups to ensure timely decision-making
  • Prepare agendas and supporting documentation for committee meetings
  • Facilitate meetings and working groups as needed
  • Monitor decision-making pathways and escalate any issues or delays
  • Coordinate the movement of decisions through the governance processes and structure
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of clinical information systems, preferably Cerner
  • Experience with Canadian Electronic Health Record (EHR) projects
  • Strong facilitation skills and knowledge of different facilitation techniques
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office software
Working Conditions:

This is a part-time hybrid role, with estimated three one-week long trips to Prince George. The role will work closely with the SaferCare management team and other key project roles to support the project governance process.
