Job Title: Engagement Data Governance Consultant

As a key member of the Government of Alberta team, the Engagement Data Governance Consultant plays a critical role in designing and coordinating strategic plans for province-wide engagement activities. This position involves working with numerous and diverse external stakeholders to develop and implement effective engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and coordinate implementation, administration, and evaluation of strategic plans, resources, reports, and processes for stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, collection, analysis, and dissemination of logistical information and data for internal and external stakeholder engagement events, activities, and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and liaise between these stakeholders and the Ministry.
  • Contribute to effective Branch operations and respond to information requests by researching issues, deciding on key considerations, and preparing department responses.

This role requires innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration to explore, research, and learn new and emerging systems and technology. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Design and coordinate strategic plans for province-wide engagement activities.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, collection, analysis, and dissemination of logistical information and data.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to effective Branch operations.
