Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Systems Manager to join our team at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. As a key member of our HR division, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance on HR data management, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR data governance strategies to ensure accurate and reliable data management.
  • Design and deliver HR analytics solutions to support business decision-making and drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement HR systems and processes that support business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR data management, reporting, and analytics to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR reporting and analytics tools to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Work closely with HR teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary degree combined with additional training in human resources and a minimum of five years of HR analytics-related experience.
  • Experience leading a team and demonstrated knowledge of progressive human resources practices/processes.
  • Exposure to a variety of HRIS platforms and reporting/statistical analysis tools and experience with data collection (qualitative and quantitative).
