Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at ARZ MASSAGE & WELLNESS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Travel and Relocation: Assist with travel arrangements and relocation of staff as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all staff members undergo a criminal record check and adhere to our security and safety protocols.
  • Transportation and Travel: Willing to travel regularly and relocate as needed.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, reliable, time management, and ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience

Work Setting:

  • Private sector
  • Urban area
  • Willing to relocate

Language: English

Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Term: Permanent
