Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing application support to our customers, troubleshooting software issues, and maintaining customer contact information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor application behavior and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain procedural and diagnostic documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • University or college degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an application support environment.
  • Database experience with SQL Server.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet customer demands.

What We Offer

Descartes offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 CAD, depending on experience. This is a remote opportunity, open to applicants authorized to work anywhere in Canada.
