About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Galito's Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's unique flavor and style, while also ensuring that our dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our menu demands while minimizing waste and excess.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with a strong focus on quality and presentation

Language

Fluent in English
