Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Albesol ENERGY. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot computer systems and networks to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Implement solutions to resolve technical issues, including software and hardware upgrades
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain technical knowledge and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks and manual dexterity required
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
