Position Overview

The role of the Healthcare Administrative Coordinator at JEEVA PHYSIO involves a variety of essential functions aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Key Responsibilities
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Claims Processing: Complete insurance and other claim forms accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Inventory Control: Order supplies and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Documentation: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing documents for review.
  • Confidentiality: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records with utmost care.
