Healthcare Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
- Claims Processing: Complete insurance and other claim forms accurately.
- Record Keeping: Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
- Inventory Control: Order supplies and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Office Procedures: Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Documentation: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing documents for review.
- Confidentiality: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records with utmost care.
Proficient in various software applications, including:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Windows
- MS Outlook
