Position Overview

The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather essential case histories.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Complete insurance and other claim documentation accurately.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • Initiate and uphold confidential medical files and records.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Order office supplies and oversee inventory management.
