Position Overview

The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical environment. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in administrative support within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.

  • Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations effectively.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Order necessary supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing documents for review.
  • Establish and uphold confidential medical files and records.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Assist in executing treatment programs under the guidance of physiotherapists and occupational therapists for patient rehabilitation.
