- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Maintain an organized filing system for patient records
- Order medical supplies and oversee inventory management
- Input and format medical documentation and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare necessary spreadsheets
- Establish and uphold confidential medical files and records
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Assist in implementing treatment plans under the guidance of physiotherapists and occupational therapists for patient rehabilitation

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
This position offers a permanent role with a standard 40-hour work week. The primary language of communication is English.
