Position Overview:
The organization is seeking a dedicated and driven Engineer Analyst specializing in Body Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate new model initiatives across all facets of Body engineering within Manufacturing environments.
- Support the Body Production Engineering division in delivering innovative model processes that align with established benchmarks for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines and financial plans for both new and revised processes.
- Guide process innovation through the design phase, equipment specifications, procurement, installation, safety evaluations, dimensional accuracy assessments, and process trials in accordance with project timelines.
- Ensure project execution meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Implement on-site equipment adjustments during non-operational hours.
- Engage in team improvement initiatives and organizational enhancement activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to delineate responsibilities and address conflicts.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent educational background, complemented by relevant experience.
- Willingness to work during weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods to facilitate tooling modifications and installations.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing outside of the organization (minimum of 1 year preferred).
- Familiarity with automation, including tooling/jig design and equipment procurement and installation (minimum of 1 year preferred).
- Proficiency in Catia or similar 3D CAD software, with the capability to read, interpret, and modify 3D schematics.
