Position Overview:
As the Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security landscape and risk management initiatives within Accoravillage. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with both Business and Technology Leadership teams to execute long-term plans that align with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategic and operational management of Corporate and Enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and business strategy through the provision of technology services.
- Lead and inspire an internal team alongside third-party partners, providing clear direction and accountability for their contributions.
- Drive the infrastructure modernization program, ensuring a secure and reliable foundation that supports internal teams and stakeholders.
- Spearhead the cybersecurity program, focusing on measurable advancements in resilience and risk mitigation.
- Manage asset management, service desk, and end-user computing services to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise program, project, and portfolio reporting and administrative functions for the department.
- Oversee revenue services, ensuring connectivity and telecom solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with management at all levels to develop and implement a technology vision that effectively supports business needs.
- Ensure technology programs and services are tailored to meet the requirements of staff while optimizing processes and solutions.
- Conduct evaluations of needs, perform cost and productivity analyses, and assess the benefits of new and existing technologies.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of IT business continuity plans, security commitments, technology audits, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Maintain a robust understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Foster long-term relationships with vendors, contractors, and business partners, while liaising with industry associations and regulators on relevant issues.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with team members and senior leadership to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in managing Corporate Business Systems and third-party relationships.
- Experience in overseeing revenue-generating services and developing strategic technology plans.
- Strong skills in people development and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship-building capabilities.
