- Manage resource availability and allocation efficiently.
- Create a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress.
- Utilize appropriate verification methods to manage changes in project scope, timelines, and costs.
- Assess project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.
- Provide reports and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients and all stakeholders involved.
- Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.
- Establish and nurture relationships with third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain thorough project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity and project management.
- Experience in managing large-scale hardware/software deployments.
- Proficient in estimating time and resources for various tasks.
- Experience in supplier and vendor management.
- Knowledge of managed services for implementation projects.
- Ability to define task deliverables and milestones clearly.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure task completion.
- Capability to test and validate deliverables effectively.
