Café Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled Café Manager to lead our team at Cha House Coquitlam Inc.
Job SummaryThe Café Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, determining the type of services to be offered, and implementing operational procedures. This role requires a strong leader who can balance cash, complete balance sheets, and conduct performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and cash reports to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The Café Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
