The Café Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the café, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Daily Operations
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish the types of services to be provided and develop operational protocols.
  • Manage financial records, including cash balancing and reporting.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
  • Engage with clients for catering services and facility usage.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
