Café Operations Supervisor

The Café Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the café, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Operations: Plan and organize the daily activities of the café to ensure smooth operations.
- Service Management: Determine the types of services offered and implement effective operational procedures.
- Financial Oversight: Balance cash registers and complete financial reports, including balance sheets and cash reports.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews for staff members.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the café.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
- Catering Arrangements: Negotiate with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
- Marketing Participation: Engage in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers.
Oversee staff across various areas of responsibility, ensuring a cohesive team environment.
Work Environment- Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Task Repetition: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

- Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience.
